Pastor Darryl Brown, Jr. is the proud Founding/Senior Pastor of Kingdom Builders Christian Center of Omaha, NE (2009). He is an author and play writer of several stage plays. Also engaging as a life coach, he is committed to the wellness and healing of the total person: mind, body, heart, and spirit. His passion is to see people seek after and walk into the best version of themselves using relevant methods and principles concerning ministry.  After almost two decades in ministry, ample time has been provided for both personal experience with, biblical examination of, and encounters with others' wrestling match with the slumps (otherwise known as depression). In this work, Salvation from the Slump, he digs out principles from the biblical story of the Prophet Elijah while transparently sharing and weaving in his own personal life experiences. It is with the help of such principles and experiences that Pastor Brown seeks to share his triumphs over emotional, mental, and spiritual slumps while reaching out to others to be victorious as well. Slumps can happen to anyone at anytime for almost any reason. Victory, however, is attainable!
